Good morning Ben,

I would like to thank you for your effort in importing both our Nissan Patrol and Caravan from Australia.

I appreciate you do this process countless times a year but, for us having never done it before, with all the possible what- ifs, including shipping all our possessions as part of unaccompanied baggage, was an anxious time.

I report that we picked both vehicles up from VINZ last Friday afternoon and did drive away fully compliant, both vehicles were in exactly the same condition as when we handed the keys to the car transporter man in Milpera, 16 days previously.
