Can I put items inside the vehicle?
While we do not recommend shipping any Inner Cargo inside your vehicle while shipping via Roll on Roll off, if you wish to ship a few items inside your vehicle you may do so, however, this will be done so at your own risk.
Inner Cargo is not permitted on RORO shipping to/from Fremantle or Adelaide or on any Direct Sailing to Australia.
If you are wanting to ship a few items using the Shared Container service, these must all fit inside your vehicle. We strongly advise that you consider one of our container services if you are wanting to ship Inner Cargo inside your vehicle.
Personal Effects are subject to MPI and Devan Charges.
Any unaccompanied baggage must be declared by filling out an Unaccompanied Baggage Declaration form which we can send you. Please ask us for this paperwork.
We do offer a shared 40ft Container Service for vehicles from Australia to Auckland only. We do allow inner cargo in vehicles on this service. Vehicles shipped on the shared container service are packed in our Customs Bonded Depot in Australia and unpacked in our Customs Bonded Warehouse in Auckland giving you an extra safe environment for your items and vehicle.
Inner Cargo is shipped at your own risk and is not covered under the Insurance Policy for the vehicle (if this has been requested through McCullough Ltd)

What is MPI?
The Ministry of Primary Industries (MPI) is the government agency in charge of the biosecurity inspections. You may have seen MPI representatives at the airport. MPI inspects all used vehicle imports and approximately 85% of these vehicles are held by MPI for some kind of clean.

We will invoice you once the ship arrives in New Zealand and the MPI biosecurity results are known.
You can pay us by internet banking. We also accept credit cards. There is a transaction fee on these. Please call us to discuss the rate on your card.
